Ray Mann grew up in Ocilla and Fitzgerald, Georgia, earned a Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Tech, and has been involved in the development, construction, marketing, rental or sale of real estate continuously since that time. For over 20 years his companies based in Fitzgerald did commercial, industrial and institutional construction across the southeastern states, and built over 2,000 homes.

 

Ray moved to the Myrtle Beach area after having become involved in the development and management of resort properties. He sold residential resort properties here for eight years, closing up to 87 transactions a year. Upon returning to Georgia he was employed as Vice President of Development for Harper & Company Builders, Inc. in Douglas, Georgia, and managed the development of commercial properties in Georgia, the Carolinas and Arizona.

 

In 2016 Ray and his wife Pam fulfilled their dream of returning to the Myrtle Beach area where they prefer to live. As Associate Broker with Carolina Winds Realty LLC in Myrtle Beach, Ray offers his considerable experience to serve you in your real estate transactions.
